Scandi dance workshops and a French & Scandi evening dance
It is only four weeks till our next fantastic event! Join us for afternoon dance workshops, a communal meal and an evening social dance on Saturday 25 March:
Our venue: Tinwell Village Hall, Manor Lane, Tinwell, Rutland, PE93UF
£20 Full ticket (suggested donation) in cash – including workshops, meal, social dance.
Afternoon Dance workshops (£8 for both).
3pm – 4:15pm
Beginner-friendly Swedish polska. This will teach the basics of this fantastic couple dance and offer more experienced dancers some tips and tricks.
4:30pm – 5:45pm
Beginner-friendly Swedish slängpolska. This workshop will give participants some tools to make this wonderful dance easy to enjoy.
6pm – Informal tune swap
6:45pm (£8)
Communal vegetarian / vegan meal. Booking essential – email.
7:45pm (£6)
Evening Social Dance – French and Scandi dancing. No partner needed. Experienced dancers on hand to offer guidance.
Smooth-soled shoes strongly recommended!
There is now a very limited amount of space for indoor camping in local homes: send me an email ASAP if you want some!
