Lughnasadh Folk Festival, Herefordshire

There will be beautiful craft stalls to peruse, roaming beasts to greet, food and drink aplenty to keep you sustained, workshops, a talk and a film to feed your mind, and music to feed your soul. All topped off with a performance from Blackthorn and the sacrifice of John Barleycorn to feast your eyes and ears upon. Expect a warm welcome and much merriment as we celebrate the union of the Sun and the Earth.

Gates will open at 10:00am and performances will start at 11:00am. Whilst there is plenty of parking we still ask that you car share, where possible, to be more environmentally-friendly and to reduce the impact on the land. There will be toilet facilities and a first aid tent on-site.
There is a short walk up from the parking area to the festival site over slightly uneven ground, so please bear that in mind. Although it will be summertime, it is England, so please come prepared for all eventualities, particularly if you plan to stay into the night. THERE IS NO ON-SITE CAMPING AVAILABLE TO THE PUBLIC.
Well-behaved dogs will be allowed to attend this event, but must remain on a lead at all times, and we kindly ask that you pick up after them. There will be a dog poo bin on-site, so please use it.

Children under 7 are FREE and must be accompanied by an adult (over 18) at all times, including when attending the workshops. Please ensure you select a ticket for any children under 7 you bring with you, so that we know how many people are attending – this is very important for insurance purposes.
- General Admission tickets (over 16s) £20
- Family Admission Tickets (2 x adults over 18 + 2 children under 16) £50
All ticketholders will be issued with a wristband at the gate, which will enable you to come and go throughout the day (between 10am and 11pm). Please be expected to have to show it to security, upon re-entry to the site.

THERE IS A STRICT NO DRUGS POLICY. If you are found to be breaking this rule, you will kindly be asked to leave the site and your wristband will be taken off you.
Please DO NOT bring ANY drinks bottles/drinking vessels made out of glass. This is a working farm and we do not want any broken glass or other sharp objects being left on-site.
Please support the vendors and DO NOT bring your own alcohol on-site.
Please bring cash – not all stalls will be able to take card payments.
